Scott Moore - dianggap lelaki kedua yang mengaku hamil secara terbuka - dijadual melahirkan anak lelaki bulan depan dengan ditemani suaminya, Thomas.

Kedua-dua mereka dilahirkan sebagai bayi perempuan tetapi menjalani pembedahan menukar jantina beberapa tahun lalu.

Moore, 30, dianggap berkahwin secara sah dengan Thomas kerana masih mengekalkan sijil kelahiran asal.

Kedua-dua mereka bersetuju menamakan anak mereka itu Miles.

Menurut Moore, walaupun sesetengah pihak mengkritik mereka, dia dan Thomas tetap gembira dan tidak berasa aib.

Kini pasangan dari California itu membesarkan dua anak Thomas, Gregg, 12, dan Logan, 10, yang dilahirkan hasil hubungan dengan pasangan wanitanya sebelum ini.

Kes itu sama seperti berlaku terhadap Thomas Beatie yang menjadi perhatian pada 2008 kerana melahirkan bayi perempuan.

Moore dilahirkan sebagai Jessica dan naluri kelelakiannya mula menonjol ketika berusia 11 tahun.

“Apabila saya memberitahu keluarga, mereka menganggap saya gila, tetapi lama-kelamaan akhirnya mereka sedar ia serius dan membenarkan saya mula mengambil hormon lelaki sejak berusia 16 tahun,” katanya.

Ibu bapa Moore membelanjakan lebih RM25,500 untuk membuang buah dadanya, tetapi tidak cukup wang mengubah suai kemaluannya.

Thomas - dinamakan Laura sebelum ini - menjalani pembedahan menukar jantina tahun lalu.

It’s been too long since we had a pregnant man around here, so thank God we’ve been sent Scott Moore who hails from California and is hella knocked up. Scott was born a woman named Jessica and decided he wanted to live as a man, but also wanted to bear a child with his husband, Thomas, to whom he is legally married because he still has a female birth certificate. Thomas has two sons from a previous relationship with a woman who died. Thomas was also born a woman and the kids, Gregg, 12, and Logan, 10 live with him and Scott. Got all that?

Scott is the second American man to come out as pregnant and possibly the second to deliver, with Thomas Beatie of Oregon being the first. Spaniard Ruben Noe Coronado, was unable to carry his twins to term. Now on to the pictures of a very pregnant Scott who is due in only a month’s time.

persatuan usaha rakyat prihatin negeri sabah

Pernah dengar tak pasal persatuan ini? Saya juga baru mendengarnya dari kawan2. Khabarnya Persatuan Usaha Rakyat Prihatin Negeri Sabah (PURPNS) bertujuan untuk membantu sesiapa saja rakyat Negeri Sabah dalam apa juga usaha yang berbentuk ekonomi sara diri.

Menurut apa yang saya tahu peserta perlulah berdaftar dengan persatuan ini dengan membayar RM20 ringgit dan barulah layak menikmati perkhidmatan mereka termasuk memudahkan peminjaman dari bank iaitu Bank Simpanan Nasional (BSN).

Jika ada update terbaru akan ditulis kelak sebab saya sendiri belum faham sepenuhnya.

Alignment Tayar

Setelah genap menggunakan kereta Produa VIVA maka genaplah juga untuk menukar tayar depan yang sudah haus.

Tayar depan sebelah kanan hampir bocor gara-gara alignment yang tidak sempurna, manakala sebelah kiri 'bunga' masih kelihatan jelas. Apabila cuba diperbaiki nampaknya tidak boleh disetkan jika chamber tidak ditukar.

Apabila saya bertanya kenapa chamber perlu ditukar, mekanik itu menjelaskan kereta baru semuanya begitu(chamber mesti tukar). Saya akur saja permintaan mekanik tersebut asalkan untuk tujuan pemanduan yang baik dan selamat.

Tiba-tiba jadi Power Steering
Selapas menukar tayar, menimbang tayar, menukar chamber dan memperbetulkan chamber saya sangat terkejut kerana apabila saya memandu stering menjadi ringan. Ya inilah kejutan bagi saya iaitu seolah-olah ada power stering. Jika sebelum ini sukar untuk memulas stering sekarang guna tapak tangan pun mudah sekali untuk memutar streng tersebut.

Saya menceritakan keadaan ini kepada kawan dan dia juga merasakan perubahan yang sama pada kenderaannya(kereta baru).

Timbul pertanyaan saya iaitu adakah kereta itu tidak diselenggara dengan sebetulnya semasa pembinaan dari kilang. Yakni tidak memperbetulkan alignment tayar dan penggunaan chamber yang tidak bermutu.

Nota: Chamber itu istilah baru bagi saya, namun secara kasarnya ia serupa dengan bolt dan nat(nut).lihat gambar berikut.

Proses ini menggunakan mesin yang dipanggil Hunter DSP400.

Pelabur Swisscash dapat balik wang pelaburan

Ini adalah berita yang menggembirakan kepada mereka yang melabur dalam Swisscash pada tahun 2006.


KUALA LUMPUR: The Securities Commission (SC) has entered into the largest settlement in its history involving RM31 million over the Swisscash investment scam and it will use the money recovered to restitute eligible investors affected by the investment scam, said SC chairman Tan Sri Zarinah Anwar.

The payment is made possible following a consent judgment entered on Nov 6, 2009, with two Swisscash defendants, Albert Lee Kee Sien and Amir Hassan. This marked the SC's three-year investigations, including cross border, to pursue the mastermind of the Swisscash scam in Malaysia.

“It had affected thousands of investors and prompted painstaking cross-border investigations and legal jurisdictions over more than three years. So far, 3,000 people have lodged complaints to the SC alleging losses,” she said at a press conference on Nov 13. The investors were Malaysians and some foreigners.

Zarinah said the first batch of payments was expected to be made early next year. However, there would be several stages involved, including submitting the criteria for investors' eligibility to court, appointing an administrator and also placing of advertisements in newspapers.

"But not all (complaints) will be entertained. Investors must show proof of their investments,” she said adding investors who were also "recruiters or upliners in the scam will not be considered for compensation". Investor which invested in Swisscash after the SC issued the warning on Nov 5, 2006 might also find difficulties in securing compensation.

Investors would only be compensated based on the amount of their initial investment, without any profits. The SC would also soon publish a notice, setting out the process for Swisscash investors yet to register their claims.

Zarinah stressed investors in illegal scams could not expect the regulators to help regain their their investments, pointing out Swisscash was an exception as the funds were recovered by SC’s effort and close cooperation and support from SC’s counterpart in various countries.

To recap, since 2006, the SC had been receiving queries about Swisscash from the public since 2006. Upon discovering SwissCash was a form of pyramid scam, SC took down the website in 2007 with the cooperation from Malaysian Communications and Multimedia Commission (MCMC) and Cybersecurity.

“The assistance rendered by the MCMC and Cybersecurity were instrumental in helping us identify and block access to the SwissCash-related website by the Malaysian public,” Zarinah said, adding that prior to the website closure, SC had been issuing warning to investors.

The four Swisscash-related websites which the SC had blocked -- www.swisscash.net, www.swisscash.biz, www.swissmutualfund.biz and www.swisscashguide.com.

On June 18, 2007, the SC filed a civil suit at the Kuala Lumpur High Court against Albert Lee and six others involved in the Swisscash scam operated over the internet. In the same month, SC obtained a World Wide Mareva injunction to prevent all defendants from disposing their assets.

By September, one of the defendants, Amir Hassan was ordered to transfer RM12.5 million from overseas bank accounts back to Malaysia and in November, the SC succeeded in entering into consent order with Albert and Amir for a total sum of RM30 million.

Asked on the profile of investors that were duped in the scam, Zarinah said it was surprising as 80% were professionals, male, and the rest housewives, teachers and older people. She said that same investors had even invested “in the region of several millions (ringgit)”.
